HOW TO BUY

Welcome to INTELLIHUB

Before you begin your purchase from us, we hope you can go through the policies to understand how we operate and assist us to serve you better.

Registration

Registration is simple, just sign up with a unique email and password and you are ready for your first purchase.

Payment

Payment is to be made in advance through PayPal (VISA and MasterCard only) upon confirmation of the order. Payment information is transmitted through secure payment channel using our secure server and Secure Socket Layer. Once payment mode has been selected and order has been submitted, any changes on payment mode are not possible.

Variations in Terms and Conditions

INTELLIHUB reserves the right to change the mode or method of payment for products offered online at any time by announcement via its web-site, email blasts and any other means of public communications.

INTELLIHUB reserves the right to amend / update the terms and conditions herein at its sole discretion without notice to the Customer.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping (Singapore) - Courier Delivery:

We strive to deliver all Singapore order within 1-3 workings days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse and an SMS on the morning of delivery date. Some orders may take longer to process during peak season, sale periods and unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding in this.

Our delivery is available from Mondays to Saturdays (9am to 6pm). As there will be no delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays, orders received on Sundays and Public Holidays will be delivered on the next working day after 2 pm. We will try to deliver according to the preference indicated on a best effort basis.

In the event when a delivery was attempted and no one was home to receive, an additional delivery charge will be imposed for another delivery to be made.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore) - Self Collection:

You may take up the self-collection option at our office, 1093 Lower Delta Road, Mapletree Industrial #03-11, Singapore 169204.

International Deliveries

We currently offer international shipping using DHL/UPS courier delivery services. The rates depend on the order size and your location.

Do note that the buyer is responsible for all taxes and handling charges that may be imposed in your country.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Defects & Returns

  1. If you received a defect item or a wrong item is delivered, please notify us within 7 days of receipt either by replying to your order email or by using this contact form. Please explain the nature of defect and attach any pictures or videos, if these are deemed helpful in explaining the problem.
  2. Once the defect is confirmed, we will send you a replacement and collect the defective item.
  3. In the event that the defect is too complicated and cannot be clearly demonstrated by a picture or video, you can choose to send the item back to us for evaluation. We will then perform tests and/or send the item to supplier to confirm the defect.
  4. Note that the replacement will be shipped out only after the defect is confirmed which might take some time.
  5. If the item is sent back to us but we cannot confirm the defect or alleged defect is considered to be within normal range of operation, then we will have to send the item back to you at extra charge.

Cancellations

Do note that we do not accept cancellations after an order is placed on our website. There will be a cancellation charge of S$50.00 imposed for each cancellation made 24 hours via email prior to delivery.

Returns

  1. We do not accept walk-in returns at this point and customers are responsible for all shipping costs in sending the item back to us. We would encourage all customers to use a trackable service when returning items to our warehouse. This is to faciliate the tracking status of your own returns. Do note that we would not be able to advise on the status of your return, nor be responsible for any delays or loss, if you have chosen a non-trackable mode of return.
  2. All returns have to be sent to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened packaging. Please take reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may be incurred in the process of shipping the item back to us.
  3. We reserve the right not to accept any used items/ items with damaged packaging returned to us. In the event a return cannot be accepted, the sender will bear all costs in having the item sent back to the sender's address.
  4. All accepted returns will be refunded in the form of an in-store credit which you can use to offset a future purchase with us.

  3. INTELLIHUB and other logos, slogans, trade names or words are registered trademarks, trademarks or service marks of INTELLIHUB, its affiliates, suppliers, or third parties. The use of any of our trademarks or service marks without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.
  4. Unauthorized party may not use our trademarks or service marks in connection with any product or service in any way that is likely to cause confusion. You may not use our trademarks or service marks in any manner that disparages or discredits us.
  5. You may not use any of our trademarks or service marks in meta tags without prior explicit consent.
  6. You shall not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through this Site any Content, information, or other material that (a) violates or infringes the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person; (b) is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under Singapore or international law; or (c) includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses or other harmful code or properties.

Others

  1. No orders via phone or email will be accepted. All customers have to provide their email addresses and contact numbers when they submit their orders online via the website.
  2. Photographs and images featured are representation of actual products only and variation may apply from time to time. While every care is taken to ensure that product representation and information are as accurate as possible, INTELLIHUB is not liable should there be any variation to the actual physical products.
  3. The rights to the pictures, marks and trademarks in this web site belong exclusively to INTELLIHUB and cannot be reproduced or published in whole or in part without the prior written permission from INTELLIHUB.
